  • Education Level: Bachelors
  • Experience Required: 1+ year of experience
  • Must have valid bike license.
  • To manage the working staffs about their work punctuality.
  • To collect company cheque and deposit.
  • Prioritise and manage all incoming requests for assistance in a polite, helpful and informative manner.
  • To undertake general office duties including typing, taking messages, photocopying, responding to correspondence, answering telephones, filing and issuing sides.
  • To make (and collect) local building deliveries inc. urgent mail/packages etc.
  • To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the team.
  • Providing hospitality for visitors / production team (tea/coffee making).
  • Ensure the offices are kept tidy (including the kitchen).
  • Ensuring that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensuring that baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Must perform other tasks as assigned.
